Service Description
In this one hour class we will strengthen, lengthen and re-educate muscles all while stimulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System. This method supports the body in the Pilates practice without spiking stress hormones that can cause fatigue, injury and stress on the body. This is suitable for those with injuries, adrenal or chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia, depression and many more. Always consult your physician before you begin any exercise program and alert the instructor to any issues.
